Growth Management Planning for OL Programs

In 2005, provided strategic planning services focused on organizational structure, quality assurance, and growth planning to Prince George's Community College's distance learning program. I consulted with the program's director and conducted a focus group to explore faculty and administrative staff needs related to support of distance learning students.
